How long does it take to fully process an application?
It typically takes up 1 to 2 weeks, however with the current volume of applications received daily it can take up to 30 days for a complete approval to include prescreening approval and compliance approval.
What are the income requirements?
The income requirements have two major determining factors which are bedroom size for minimum requirements and max requirements are based on household size. Please contact the leasing office via email and /or call the office for more information pertaining income requirements.
Do you offer assigned parking and visitor parking?
Riverside Station offers decaled control parking and visitor parking. Reserve parking is not available.
What utilities are included in rent?

Can you make rent payments online?
Yes, please visit riversidestationva.com and click on the Residents tab for online payment options.
Can you submit applications online?
No, please contact the leasing office during business hours via email/phone to schedule.
Why is $32 and $200 required at time of application?
$32 is the application fee for each member over 18 years of age applying. $200 is the hold fee required to secure the unit based on availability and will be applied to the security deposit based upon approval. The $32 is nonrefundable and required for your credit/background screening. Your $200 is refundable any time prior to being assigned a unit. *Fees are subject to change at any time.
Does Riverside Station offer tours and/or have model apartment?
Apartment tours are based on availability. Unfortunately, we do not have model apartments. The community amenities are available for tours daily during office hours. Please refer to the website for office hours before visiting our community.
Are you a gated community?
Yes
What utilities are residents responsible for?
Water/sewage and electric
Can residents submit service requests online?
No, this option is not available. Please contact leasing office via phone and or email to submit all service request.
